We work on TTD 3, and have partnered with many notable brands (Universal Studios, Sony, Elton John, and more) to push the envelope of self-expression and creativity on the Roblox platform.

Our work has reached over a billion users, and we’ve helped hundreds of content creators grow their social media accounts to millions of followers.

⚒️ The role

This is a creative and mostly self-led position. You will be expected to contribute ideas and work on those assigned to you. When you are given a goal or a task, you will work independently or with others to take it from a concept to a finished product. Your creative input and initiative is essential to this process.

We’re looking for a proactive and talented social media manager who is ready to create videos for our YouTube account, manage collaborations and work to grow our presence on the platform.

You will:

  • Make video edits, skits, sketches, tutorials and more for our YouTube account
  • Be at the forefront of marketing for Emotes CO’s projects on YouTube, including update showcases, event trailers and more
  • Be responsible for the management and upkeep of our YouTube account
  • Form partnerships and collaborations with other creators on the platform in the Roblox genre
  • Use Discord to stay in touch with the Owners of Emotes CO. regarding post and account stats as well as ongoing and future ideas
  • Manage your own time and your own projects, whether you are working alone or collaborating
  • Work on your own hours, so long as you meet deadlines and quotas

We require all Contractors to sign a legal agreement that contains your full legal name (and if you want to benefit from bank payments, your home address). If you’re under 18, you’ll need a parent or guardian to do this for you. We’ll support you through the process if you need it and explain everything thoroughly.

You are:

  • Experienced: You should have at least 6 months of experience in managing a branded or personal social media account that has accumulated a large following (50k+ subscribers) on YouTube.
  • Platform-savvy: You have an excellent knowledge of ongoing trends and have your finger on the pulse for what works and doesn’t work in the YouTube algorithm.
  • Curious: You should be enthusiastic and excited to work on new projects in order to strengthen your skills or foster new ones.
  • Creative: You take a thoughtful and thorough approach to solving problems. You bring in great ideas from various inspirations.
  • A Leader: You are ready to take on responsibility and have charge over your work.
  • A Collaborator: You are excited to work alongside people in the same social space as you to form connections, collaborate and partner for the benefit of your following.
  • Dependable: You manage your time effectively, and can meet time constraints if you agree to them.
  • Flexible: You are ready to contribute in your other areas of expertise if need be.

💰 The compensation

You’ll enjoy:

  • Up to 50,000 R$ a week, plus bonuses for any ‘viral’ videos or long-term ideas that are released
    • Compensation in this position is partially based on the health of our social media accounts
  • Support regarding the Developer Exchange program if needed
  • Access to escalated Roblox support when dealing with issues that impact your work
  • Recognition as a Contractor and Social Media Manager across our community
